The British Association of Upper Limb Spasticity (BAULS) is a group of surgeons, physicians and therapists that specialise in the treatment of upper limb spasticity in adults and children.
Our members treat spasticity associated with birth, traumatic brain injury or other neurological conditions that result in upper limb spasticity.
Founded in 2015, BAULS has attracted experts and specialists from a multi-disciplinary field from across the United Kingdom.
Membership is by application and vetting by the steering group.
Better care of patients with upper limb spasticity
Encourage the promotion of the management of upper limb spasticity in other learned groups
Members share & expand their knowledge in a constantly evolving and developing field
Promote interdisciplinary sharing of ideas and techniques between surgeons, physicians, therapists and scientists
Facilitate an annual meeting in the United Kingdom every 12-18 months to promote the discussion of upper limb spasticity.

Liaise with teams in other countries to ensure that international learning takes place
